This website describes the intended proprietary technology and intellectual property activities of Abyalk Ventures. The identity of the person or entity responsible for operating the website has not yet been confirmed for publication. Information and contact
The online contact form is currently disabled. No inquiry information can be submitted through it. The proposed business contact address is contact@abyalk.ventures; Google Workspace setup and mailbox receipt verification remain pending. Do not send sensitive personal, financial, or confidential technical information.
Opening an email link uses your chosen email application. If you send email, your email provider and the recipient’s provider process your message under their own terms. Once operational, business correspondence may include your name, email address, organization, message, and information you choose to provide.
Technical information
Hosting infrastructure may process request information such as IP address, request time, browser information, and requested page to serve and secure the site. Hosting provider, log settings, and retention must be confirmed when deployment is configured. The application does not add advertising trackers, analytics, or nonessential cookies.
Future contact form
The implemented but disabled form is designed to collect full name, business email, optional organization, inquiry type, message, and privacy acknowledgment. If enabled after review, it will use Resend for transactional delivery and Upstash Redis for abuse prevention. Rate-limit records contain a keyed hash of the request IP address, rather than the raw address, and expire after ten minutes. The application does not store inquiries in a database.
Before enabling the form, the operator must confirm the applicable processing basis, provider agreements, international transfers, mailbox retention schedule, request-handling process, and the final privacy notice. No unverified retention period or compliance status is asserted.
Your requests
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights relating to your information, including access, correction, deletion, or objection. A verified privacy contact and responsible operator must be supplied before collection begins. This draft is not a claim of regulatory certification.
